The Black Diamond BDCTH12 commercial hot plate features two heavy-duty, cast iron burners, each with separate gas valves and individual pilot lights. To streamline cleaning, it's equipped with a removable, stainless steel drip tray to catch crumbs and grease runoff. This unit can be used with LP gas or natural gas.
