Tungsten carbide nail drill bit, model TCO-Sp-Tri 060 (Item #: 118975). Cone shape with 6.0 mm diameter and medium-coarse triple cross-cut teeth. Designed for removing gel polish, builder gel, acrylic, and polygel, as well as adjusting nail length, reshaping free edges, and cleaning lifted areas during infill procedures. The deeper tooth pitch removes material faster than the medium triple (TCO-Tri 060-M, Item #: 118987), while the triple-cut geometry maintains smoother performance than standard coarse cross-cut. Positioned between the medium triple for finish-quality work and the coarse cross-cut (TCOD 060-C) for maximum speed — the optimal choice for technicians who need fast removal without sacrificing surface quality. Manufactured by KMIZ (est. 1931) on Swiss precision equipment. ISO certified. CE marked. Shank diameter: 2.35 mm (3/32"). Working part length: 14.0 mm. ISO: 500.104.204.145.060.

  • 5‑Pack KMIZ Nail Drill Bit TCO-Sp-Tri 060 — medium-coarse triple cross-cut tungsten carbide cone bits with a 6.0 mm head and 14.0 mm working part, designed for fast removal of overlay materials and nail shaping during e-file manicures and pedicures. Combines the smooth triple cross-cut pattern with a deeper, wider tooth pitch for more aggressive material removal than the medium triple (TCO-Tri 060-M, Item #: 118987) while retaining the low-vibration benefits of triple-cut geometry. Manufactured by KMIZ a medical instrument factory established in 1931.
  • The triple cross-cut pattern channels debris through three intersecting directions, preventing clogging and maintaining consistent cutting performance. The medium-coarse tooth pitch — deeper and wider than the medium variant — increases material removal per rotation, cutting through dense acrylics and polygel with less effort. Despite the more aggressive tooth geometry, the triple-cut design still produces a smoother surface finish and less vibration than standard single or double cross-cut bits of comparable coarseness.
  • Removes gel polish and builder gel efficiently in a single pass down to the base layer. Files through dense acrylic and polygel during full removal or rebalancing with fewer strokes than medium-tooth variants. Adjusts nail length and reshapes the free edge directly through the overlay. During infills, removes lifted product zones and cleans the regrowth area for fresh application. The 14.0 mm working part covers the full nail surface from cuticle area to free edge in continuous strokes, reducing session time on back-to-back clients.
  • Standard 3/32" (2.35 mm) shank fits all professional electric nail file machines. Designed for medium to high RPM operation. Compatible with both right- and left-handed handpieces. The 6.0 mm diameter and 14.0 mm working length provide full-surface coverage with minimal repositioning. The triple-cut geometry reduces vibration compared to standard coarse cross-cut bits, improving comfort during extended high-volume removal sessions.
  • ISO 500.104.204.145.060. Item #: 118975. Head diameter: 6.0 mm. Working part length: 14.0 mm. Shank: 2.35 mm (3/32"). Tungsten carbide with medium-coarse triple cross-cut teeth. Designed for trained nail technicians. The bit should be selected based on the material being treated and the client's specific condition. Sterilize thoroughly after each use.
